I want to trap the smell of last nights luscious porter house in a bottle..
hot buttered lemon, beer brawt mustard, garlic, backyard basil, carmelized onion infected goodness..

the possibility of a perfect Mac & Cheese
topped with an extra special amount of succulent lobster meat….
tons of cracked black pepper, herbacious with a hint of tarragon infused in the cream, trio of cheeses
