Seafood Paella – Puerto Sagua

Cut from a different cloth. Dances to the beat of another drum.

One that is soupy, golden hued and swirled with petit pois.

Whole cracked shells tucked under cooked grain.

The  burnt flowers are present.

Vino Blanco used to deglaze a pan that is pleasantly worn.

Umami.

Pollo, Pescado, Marisco.

They’re all here.

All dancing.
