Love affair

So I’m having a love affair. With bread.

Specifically, Brioche.

I’m happy about it. Thanks for asking.

Not sure when it will end.
Got carried away over the weekend, with new twists and turns.
Oh the joys of a Hobart. The joys of a dough’s mesmerizing. Truly.

Starter is stuck on me. Fresh yeast, it’s dazzling. The sound of the bread oven door: opening and closing. Gently, of course.

The timer that startes and then it goes off.
Brioche with Dairy Maids raw milk Brick cheese, amchur, black pepper, scallions and a fried curry leaf to garnish.
I also see pink peppercorn in my future this week. I adore it.
I’m just getting started.
